This event aims to brings awareness to the discriminatory behaviours that impede members of marginalized communities from achieving health. It will cover topics such as Health at Every Size (HAES), eating disorders, intersectionality, gender, race, identity and lived experiences. Speakers include dietetic health care professionals and members of marginalized communities who are going to speak on their work and lived experiences on topics such as their own struggles with healthcare, body image, race, gender, intersectionality, and fat activism. It is open for all to attend.
