Thank you all who participated in our current exhibition at GOSA,
submission, selection and helping to setup.
Attached is a pdf file of the cost break down and my attempt to recover
cost.
There are 21 photos on exhibit, with 6 photos printed but not on exhibit.
The scheme to recover the cost is as follows:
$8.00 per photo that are on exhibit
$5.00 per photo that are not on exhibit
This will raise $198.00, which is sufficient to cover the cost of testing,
printing. as well as the cost of the hanging velcro (hardware)
Please let me know if you may have a question or two, or if you like to know
the whole selection and setup process.
Errors are mine if any. Please inform me for corrections.
Payment and Timing:
The photos will come down sometime next week.
These photos are all yours to take home, before, during and after they are
being paid; when the show is over.
If you like to pay me back before the holidays. I will have envelops on the
red table in the darkroom, starting Friday Dec 15, 2017
Put the money in the envelop, sealed it and leave it in the gray cash-box.
Of course,do put your name of the envelop, as a matter of fact.
Pick up the prints after the show is over. (To be updated asap)
Or, early next year is just fine by me.
Have a nice Christmas!

Please find attached the finalists and the Runers-Up listed
in a downloadable JPG format.
This list shows the photos that are selected to exhibit come Dec 11 2017
This shows the three Tiers of ratings.
All the photos in 1st Tier are going in for the show.
2ndTier and 3rdTier photos are to be further selected to complete the show,
please note that not all of these are to be displayed.
The Tier's allotment is done based on the number of votes received.
These are the photos I have received and "on-hand"
Firstly, I like you to check carefully your name and the photo file
size(s).
Some submissions were done in smaller sizes, as noted.
If you have not submitted the "Final-Full-Display" size(s), please do
submit
them to me at your earliest convenience.
Then, I will do a test run at the CadLab Services at the Architecture
Department,
before I send in the whole lot to be printed.
The larger the file size the better, of cos.
These photos are to be converted to the pdf format before they are being
printed.
No fine-tuning, adjustments and color-corrections will be done to them,
after they are
being submitted to me. Please do take note of this.
Secondly, please submit a title to each of your photos, and spell-check
your name.
I will make all the necessary corrections, if any.
The current listed titles are done by me for the purpose of identification
purposes,
and are not final. You tell me what you want to title your photos,
fittingly.
Any Questions, please Ask.
Thank you all who participated.

Now that the selections are done,
the owners of the selected photos,
please check and make sure you are
going to send me the final ready-to-print file(s)
if not already submitted in the first place.
If for some reason anyone may want to withdraw
any selected submission, please let me know asap
so we can shuffle and re-shuffle as required.
I am collecting these entry photo files and send them
ahead to CAD-Lab Services for printing, as earlier
proposed.
We will have 32 prints made.
The final number of prints to be exhibited will be a TBA
Time frame: submit or confirm submissions to/with me
by November 27 or sooner, please.
Any concerns and/or questions, do feel free to talk to me,
in person or fb msg or email.
More information and discussions will be forth coming.
Re: how to prepare the photos before mounting
how and when the mounting will be carried out
If and when we are going to hold the Opening
and the Money Matters aspect of the whole thing.
et cetera
Thank you all once again.
