"Thanks for answering the chat online so quickly and for persistently giving extremely beneficial and useful information on a wide range of topics. You made my first few years here at the University easier to navigate."
Keep up the good work, everyone!

Hi Vera and Lorna:
If you can work 9-10 and 11-12 that would be a great help. Emma K has agreed
to work 4-5 on the 13th.
Betty, we are still out the hour between 10-11, any ideas?
Thanks
Emma P.

Hi Emma,
We might be able to cover the 9:00 - 10:00 shift, though we would look to
trade for April 13th 4:00 - 5:00pm.

Best,

Good morning,
Dafoe Reference is asking for help covering their 9-12 virtual reference
shift on Friday April 15. I have a meeting that morning, so would not be
able to pick up that time slot. Can anyone help out?
thanks,
Betty

Hello,
could anyone cover VR from 9-10 for me on Monday? I am just back from
holidays, checked my daytimer and realised I have Librarian's Council at the
same time.
thanks,
