Hi folks,
There have been a few glitches with connecting to the Ask A Librarian chat box in the last week or so. Pidgin shows that you're online, but in reality you're not - the chat box on the library web pages isn't active.
This appears to be random, so I suggest you check the UML homepage after you sign in for your shift, to make sure the widget is active. If not, try logging out of Pidgin & logging back in. If that doesn't work, please call me or the HelpDesk.

Shaun will be on vacation on Sunday April 1 (1-9pm VR shift), Monday April 2 ( 5-11pm VR shift) and Sunday April 8 (1-9pm shift).
I can do Monday from 7-10pm. Is anyone available for any or all of the Sunday shifts?
