Hi all. We are looking for someone to take our 10:00-11:00 shift on Thursday, Feb. 27. Our virtual ref team members want to go to the Reference Community forum or are on their way to a conference. Can anyone assist?

Up until today, there have been two listservs for use by virtual reference, with largely overlapping membership: Lib-Virtual-Ref and Lib-Virt.
Lib-Virt has been shut down, and all people subscribed to Lib-Virt have been subscribed to Lib-Virtual-Ref. Please use Lib-Virtual-Ref for any announcements:

I have a UM patron who is in the Cochrane Library. When they try to pull up the full text of an article, they get the message below. University of Manitoba is also not listed as one of the institutions with access. Can you please advise?
