Good morning to all,
The carpet and old tiles have been removed from the grad lounge.
The concrete floor that remains has tar based glue still on top.
Please do not go in/walk through the lounge, you will get the glue on
your shoes and track it through the building.
I will keep you updated on when the new floor etc will be installed.
Thanks,
Bev

cabinet corridor.
The fridge is located in the greenhouse, in the growth chamber room just
outside of the Ag auditorium.

Attention fellow graduate students!
It’s that time of year again where we reform the Plant Science Graduate
Student Association (PSGSA). Several members of the current PSGSA are
nearing or have completed their time here therefore a number of
positions need to be filled including:
-President
-Treasurer
-Social Committee director
-And all the rest!
Serving in the PSGSA is a good experience, requires overall very little
extra work and looks great on curriculum vitae.
We also need to establish a committee for planning the upcoming Plant
Science Graduate Student Symposium that we will be hosting in March
2012. We really don’t want last years great symposium in Saskatoon to
outshine us on this one, so we need to get the ball rolling.
There will be a *free pizza*lunch this _Friday, September 23^rd _ in the
Plant science graduate lounge to discuss and vote in members of these
committees. For those of you who cannot make in Friday there will be a
drop box for votes set up in the lounge.
This is also a great opportunity to mingle with new students and catch
up with those who are returning from another years worth of fieldwork,
all are encouraged to attend!
