The University of Saskatchewan, the University of Minnesota, and North Dakota State University have also been invited. Attached is the poster with event details and registration form. Registration and abstract submissions are due January 31st, 2012. We will have a website up in early January with further instructions (abstract guidelines, oral presentation guidelines etc.). I will be delivering the hamper Wednesday morning, so we have _two more days to collect a few remaining items_: Juice (100% fruit juice) - 3 x 1 litre Rice - 1 or 2 packages Oatmeal - 1 or 2 packages Peanut butter - 1 jar Pancake mix - 1 package Syrup - 1 bottle Stuffing - 1 package Sugar - 2 to 4 lbs Tea - 1 package Scalloped potates - 1 or 2 packages The more items we can bring in, the better! Please see attached the list of items and what has been brought in so far. Remember, the hamper boxes are located in the Grad Student Offices 147, 148 and 149-152. I have found out that we will be supplying the hamper to a family of three and soon to be four! They will appreciate everything that we can donate. We will be delivering the hamper the week of December 18th, so please have your items in by then! Thanks everyone for getting in the spirit of the season and please bring in your donations ASAP!
