Fall/Winter graduate student registration begins on July 19, 2010. The attached approval form must be completed and submitted to me or to Bev Godard prior to registration. I encourage you to register early if you intend to take courses that have limited enrollment. Please ensure when registering for courses _spanning over both Fall and Winter terms_ (eg. Also be sure to touch base with them when you leave for the night. This prof patrol is for all plant science grad students so if students are working late at CTC or any other building you should still let the prof on duty know so that they can stop by or call and check up on you throughout the evening. If you have a cell phone make sure you save the prof patrol number (223-4774) in your contacts as well as the security services phone number you can also use call the safewalk program and have someone walk you to you car. Don't hesitate to contact security services if you feel uncomfortable or see something suspicious. It is their job to check things out for you! You can call 555 from any campus phone #555 from a MTS or Rogers cell phone or 474-9341. Since we have all had a long and stressful couple of weeks its time for a pleasant event. We will be going for food and drinks at Tavern this Friday at 4:30. Come hang out and relax for a bit! New keys grad student offices

Good morning to all, The corridor door lock for grad student offices 147A to 147D, and 149 to 152 will be changed and you will be issued a new key for the corridor door which will be separate from your office door key. Grad Student office 148 will also be changed, but you will still only have 1 key as you enter your office directly from the corridor. The door lock on grad student office 149 will be changed and new keys will be issued to those students housed in that office. The work order has gone in with an urgent statement. I will let you know via e-mail as soon as I receive the new keys.
