Subject: Grad Student Potluck!
Mary
Hi guys,
We will be having a potluck next Friday, Feb 8th at 12:00 pm in the grad lounge! Everyone is welcome to come but it's encouraged that you bring one appetizer, dish or dessert with you. Drinks will be provided. There will be a sign up sheet in the grad lounge to write what you're bringing so we don't have too many repeats.
Also, the PSGSA has an opening for communications representative.
We're hoping this person will be responsible for maintaining an active website and for helping out with the advertising of student events. If you're interested, please send me an email or stop by my office!
Hope to see you all next Friday!
Mary

Subject: Locking the Grad Lounge
Hi all,
Lately there have been many undergraduate students using the lounge to warm up food, etc. and unfortunately this hasn't changed since the sign explaining it is for graduate students has gone up. Therefore, I'm asking that everyone lock the lounge after you leave to ensure we safeguard against potential theft. Remember this will mean you need to have your keys on you to get in.
Thanks!
Mary
Good morning to all,
By return e-mail, would you please let me know if you had any publications in 2012.
Thanks,
Bev
