Hello everyone,
Sorry for the additional email about apparel. Unfortunately there was an error in the first email I received from the clothing company regarding the hoodie price quotes.
So the actual price for pullover hoodies will be $50 instead of the $38 that we were quoted before.
There has also been a lot of interest in zip-up style hoodies instead of pullover hoodies. These would be $52.
We need 25 orders of the same type of hoodie in order to get them for these prices. So if you've emailed me with hoodie interest, please reply again to let me know if you are still interested following this price increase, as well as whether you're interested in a pullover or a zip-up.
The price of the polos did not change (they are $34) but we need 12 of them to make an order.
Thanks again,

Hello everyone,
I know Michelle sent a message earlier today with info about the upcoming symposium. I am wondering if it would be possible for anyone who has registered for the symposium and is planning on going to please email me so we can schedule a meeting about travel/hotel details.
Please let me know soon! The symposium is just over a month away so we need to sort out hotel bookings fairly soon.
Thanks!

Hello everyone,
We are looking at placing another clothing order sometime in the next couple of weeks.
We will order more polo shirts, the same as the ones that were ordered last year, which gives students who didn't get one/new students an opportunity to get one. The price of the polos are $33. I have mine with me so please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like a closer look at the style.
We are also looking to see if there's interest in hoodies as well. They would be pullover type hoodies, in the same color as the polo shirts with the same logo. The cost of the hoodies is $38. We need a minimum order of 25 hoodies in order to get them for this price, so I will only put forward an order if we have enough interest.
The purpose of this email is to determine numbers for each item. Please reply ASAP and let me know if you are interested in either a polo, a hoodie, or both.
Once we have numbers we can move forward with sizing for the actual order.
Thanks!

Hi everyone,
Just a quick update on hotels for the symposium in Fargo:
NDSU has recommended the Radisson Hotel Fargo: http://www.radisson.com/fargo-hotel-nd-58102/fargo Danielle recommends this hotel because the banquet will be downtown and hotel is walking distance from there. It is about a 10 minute drive to campus from there. There is the opportunity to get a lower rate on hotels.com, or expedia.com. She thinks it'll be around $133/night.
There is also Days Inn: http://www.daysinn.ca/hotels/north-dakota/fargo/days-inn-and-suites-fargo-1… It is closer to campus, but is not within walking distance to the banquet. It's cheaper, Danielle says around 103/night.
Rates may be different from what Danielle has told me.
That's all I have for now.
Michelle
