Hi Yang,
Thanks for your message. Moria Petruic (cc’ed here) will be able to help you out with your question on submissions as she is the key person taking care of all submissions.
Actually, we have extended the deadline for title submissions to Feb. 24, which is also deadline for abstract submission. If you visit symposium website again, there’s link for both submissions on homepage.
It will be great to have at least 10-15 students from Manitoba as we have spot for at least 80 students in total. This symposium will be no different from a good National Level conference or even better and our ultimate goal was to make this symposium series more exciting.
So, you are talking about a total of about 5 submissions from Manitoba only?
Please feel free to pose any question that you may have.
Thanks,
Gurcharn

Hi Gurcharn
Would you mind helping me to check how many people from UofM officially had submitted their ora preparation titles until Feb 1st? I think it is 5 people from uofm submitting the titles but like to confirm with you. Also, will it be possible to other people to still submit their abstracts on feb15 even though they missed the deadline of title submission? I will try my best to encourage others to attend this meeting, since you guys have spent so much time and efforts to organize a such high level symposium with many great keynote speakers.
Yang
