Hi all,
If you were not able to attend today’s monthly meeting with the Dept. Head + Assoc. Dept. Head, please read the minutes attached in this e-mail.
PSGSA Announcement: the Grad lounge is not quite finished with repairs yet. For now, the microwave is available for use but please do not sit in to eat, as Phys. Plant staff might still come in to do further maintenance. Stay tuned for our e-mail notifying of its reopening.
Have a good afternoon,
PSGSA Team
Hi everyone,
There is an active leak in the grad lounge currently, so PSGSA advises not to use the room. We have notified Physical Plant before and we don't know when they will be able to fix the issue. So until they do, and until PSGSA is able to do a proper clean-up, please have lunch elsewhere for the time being.
We apologize for this inconvenience,
PSGSA Team
Please see Cathy's message below for a heads up on what may happen in parking lot G and surrounding area re gas leak.

Subject: Natural gas disruption!
Hello,
In regard to this latest notification, we have periodically smelt gas at the west end of the greenhouse complex for the last year, and have had physical plant investigate. Hydro is apparently sniffing around parking lot G today. The leak is apparently underground and outside. I believe they will be digging up the parking lot to make repairs. Just a heads up, this may impact entry into the greenhouse storage area and access to the walk in fridges and freezers from the overhead garage door. Deliveries, liquid nitrogen, garbage pick up are all accessed through that entrance. Not sure of the size/exact area affected yet.
