Please keep the lounge tidy. There are complaints about things being stolen from the lounge. It is also a concern that the lounge is misused. I really doubt if it is our students. Because the lounge is always open even during after the working hours and the weekends, outsiders could easily get access to it and create such problems. Please make sure the lounge is locked after the office hours - at least during the weekends. Everyone of us has got the keys so please lock it to avoid such issues. It seems the mice are back again. It is so important that we keep the lounge clean and tidy so as to ensure a hygenic eating environment for everyone. Please clean the table and sink once you are done eating. Very importantly, please make sure you are not dropping any food items on the carpet. It is the time to do another through cleaning and we are planning to do that on Monday, August 11 between 4 and 5pm. If you are around and if you have some free time, please come and help.
