Subject: Seed Storage Cleanup and Organization Meeting
————————————————————————————————————
Dear Point Users,
The Point Management and Operations Committee would like to meet Tuesday, October 12th, 8:30 - 10:30 am (link below). If you and your research group have seed stored at the Point and/or Glenlea, please attend this meeting. Our overall goal is to develop a plan to organize and optimize the seed storage situation at the Point and Glenlea (ensuring a safe and healthy working environment and equity in space/resources).
To start, we would like to discuss and develop the steps that are required to achieve this goal, along with associated timelines. We are striving to make this happen in October and November.
Leading up to this meeting, please start thinking about this topic and what you can physically accomplish in the coming weeks to cleanup/organize/consolidate your existing space.
Looking forward to seeing you there,
Rob
