Good morning, Please be advised that the UM Plan system will be unavailable for service maintenance commencing Tuesday, October 1st at 8:00 am. Please ensure that you save any changes and log off on Tuesday before 8:00 am. This outage is required to perform the second VIP data load process (for those units that agreed to participate) and we anticipate the system will be available on Wednesday, Oct 2nd by 12:00 noon. UMPlan - Compensation Calculation Issue

Good afternoon, It was brought to our attention that UM Plan was incorrectly calculating the 2025-26 compensation budget for employees in EMAPS positions. Updates have been entered in the "Unit Adjustment" field in UMPlan for the impacted employees and compensation budgets will recalculate overnight (or if/as you click save on various compensation forms while you continue to work on your budget after the updates). Please review your budgets tomorrow, with a particular focus on any funds where you may have already balanced revenues and expenses as adjustments may be required to re-balance. Good afternoon, The VIP data load for the FY25/26 budget cycle is now complete. All users now have update access to their budget and compensation data in UM Plan. Note: UM Plan has been upgraded with a new look and feel called Redwood Experience. The following is a list of some of the new features; * dynamic tabs, can now have multiple tabs open. * quicker response time. * automatic data refresh when changing POV, no more GO button.
