Hello!
You are invited to join an upcoming webinar today at 2 p.m. EST on modeling layered composite structures with COMSOL Multiphysics®.
Common examples of composite materials include fiber-reinforced plastic, laminated plates, and sandwich panels, all of which are widely used in the manufacturing of aircraft and spacecraft components, wind turbine blades, and other structures.
The presenter will demonstrate how to include various physical phenomena in your composite materials model, such as heat transfer, electromagnetics, acoustics, and fluid flow. This webinar will also include discussion of micromechanical, first-ply failure, and linear buckling analyses, and conclude with a Q&A session.
For more information and to register, visit: http://comsol.com/c/7yni
I look forward to seeing you there!
Best regards,
