Comment Legal and Type Comment commands + One bug in EntryClient v1.1

Dear Jens, I want to bring to your kind attention the following matter. Comment Legal and Type Comment commands in the Epidata Entry preserved the 40 charaters lengh (continued from EPI6 DOS era) of Type Comment varible to recive the seleted lables. However with Manager v1.1, EntryClient v1.1, this limitation should be removed. In this era of large LCD monitors, it should be possible to have longer (possibly 100 or more characters) Type Comment varibles to accomodate longer lables such as ICD 10 codes. Is it possible One Bug – in the EntryClient v1.1, when programme settings dialog box is opened and necessary changes made, the EntryClient hangs and programme requires termination with Ctrl-Alt-Del. I have tested it on diffrerent PCs (Win XP). Thanks for the new Epidata Analysis. With regards, Dr. Shavinder Singh

EpiData Manager bugs - Request for assistance.

Hi, I am also experiencing the "out of memory" problem when trying to define value labels. I am using Windows 7 (64), and Manager version 1.0.0.0. It is obviously not a question of memory: I am using a new computer with a lot of memory, and trying a new, very simple, data entry form. Any suggestion for solving the problem? Thanks!
