IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR STUDENTS:
LAST DAY for VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWAL from FALL TERM CLASSES

Last date for Voluntary Withdrawal (VW) from Fall Term 2007
courses. Some faculties have courses with irregular
withdrawal dates; see your faculty general office for
Note: The deadline to VW courses that span Fall/Winter
2007/2008 is March 20, 2008.
Students on HOLD will be unable to use the registration
functions in Aurora to drop a class. If you are on HOLD and
unable to withdraw through Aurora, please contact your
faculty office by 4:00 PM on Wednesday November 14th for
assistance. Your faculty office will withdraw you from the
class on request.
UPGRADE TO AURORA SYSTEM
There will be a scheduled upgrade to Aurora services during
the period November 16 to 20.
The online application for undergraduate admission service
will be unavailable for the period of 12:01 AM November 16
until 8:30 AM November 20. During this time, students may
still download paper applications at
All other Aurora self-services, including student
registration, will be unavailable from noon on November 16
until 8:30 AM on November 20. Staff INB services will also
be unavailable during this time.
All university offices will remain open for business during
this time, but transactions may be delayed until full Aurora
services resume on November 20.
