Last call!
It's not too late (yet) to add your voice.
This coming Friday, we'll close the on-line survey directed at students who are considering studying law. We've been gathering students' perspectives on an initiative to permit law students to take a number of law courses taught in French. Before disabling the Web link, we're sending out one last reminder for those of you who may operate better under a bit of pressure!
If you already completed the survey, we wish to thank you for your contribution.
If you have yet to complete the survey, we invite you to take approximately five minutes to add your perspective on this initiative. To do so, simply click on the link below:

RE: Investors Group Field
________________________________
The final stage of construction is underway at Investors Group Field, ushering in a new and exciting era for athletics on our campus. Together, the completion of Investors Group Field and the university's Active Living Centre (2015) will make the U of M home to some of the best sports and recreation facilities in Canada. The result will be superior spaces for personal fitness, professional training, collegiate sports and campus cultural events.
These new spaces will also bring visitors to campus, for Winnipeg Blue Bomber games and for other major concerts and events. In an effort to ensure that event days are a positive experience for all of us, we have worked with the City of Winnipeg and the Winnipeg Football Club to create an event day plan that ensures minimal disruptions for the members of our campus community.
The plan, which includes information for regular parkers, casual parkers, transit riders, cyclists and pedestrians, can be found at investorsgroupfield.ca<http://www.investorsgroupfield.ca/>
The site, which re-launches today, includes specific information for U of M staff, faculty and students. It outlines what changes will take place on event days and how those changes will affect you.
To keep you apprised of event day parking and other transportation-related news, we will be sending out regular communications via your U of M email address and various social media channels.
For those wanting to receive updates via Twitter, we recommend following @UMoutstanding, which will provide reminders on or before event days. An event day parking map will also be added to the U of M app, for easy viewing on your smartphone or tablet.
The University of Manitoba Bison Men's Football team will also be playing four home games in the new stadium, including the Homecoming game on September 28. Be part of a new era of football by coming out to support our team.
Having superior spaces like Investors Group Field serve the students, staff and faculty of our university, making for a more dynamic, innovative and community-focused campus.

Is studying law something you're considering?
Not sure where to enrol?
And what about building your capacity to practice
law in Canada's two official languages?
Keeping a competitive edge is what the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba is all about. To that end, it has launched an initiative allowing law students to attend a number of law courses taught in French.
Tell us what you think of this initiative. Could it influence where you ultimately decide to enrol? The survey below only takes about 5 minutes to complete and will allow you to provide important insights on this initiative. And while you're at it, participate in our special draw where we'll offer a Law School Survival Kit to one lucky respondent!
