The University of Manitoba central computing system and network
services will be unavailable on
Sunday, July 13, 2003,
between 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
to allow for electrical power changes in the central computer room.
UofM e-mail, dial-up connections, and the entire UofM website and
associated services such as WebCT and library databases will be
unavailable.
Login and file servers for Novell and Unix systems will be down so the
ACN student computer labs on campus will not be usable.
Independent computer systems such as those operated by Computer Science,
Physics, and Engineering should continue to function normally.
