[cid:image001.jpg@01D3CA04.C87706C0] Classes and labs held in the following buildings will be cancelled for Monday, April 2, 2018 due to a power outage: Helen Glass Building Biological Sciences Building Fitzgerald Building Wallace Building Education Building St. John's College and Residence St. Paul's College All classes and labs normally held in these buildings are cancelled for Monday, April 2. It is anticipated that power will be restored sometime on Monday and regular activity will resume on Tuesday, April 3. Students and instructors should watch for further notices. Students in the residence have been relocated to other accommodations. Students have been notified to contact their instructor directly to inform them of any issues attending class, a lab, tutorial or studio, or a test. Instructors who are not able to arrive in time for their class, lab or test should contact their class as soon as possible to inform them of the delay (or cancellation if necessary). Department Heads and/or Deans and Directors should also be notified of any cancelations. Prime Minister Town Hall Jan. 31

All staff, students, faculty and alumni are invited to attend a public town hall with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the Investors Group Athletic Centre (IGAC) on Wednesday, January 31 at 7 p.m. This Winnipeg stop is one of a number of town hall events happening in communities across Canada in the coming months. The event is an opportunity for the Prime Minister to hear from Canadians about issues that matter, including how to create growth that works for everyone, prepare for the jobs of the future, and build a stronger more resilient middle class. While the event will take place in IGAC, the entrance and coat check can only be accessed via the Max Bell Centre's southeast entrance at 109 Sidney Smith Street. Doors open 5 p.m., while the event begins at 7 p.m. Please note that while an RSVP is required<http://tduguid.liberal.ca/events/>, it does not guarantee access to the event. Admission to the event will be on a first come, first served basis. It is important to know that large bags and coats/jackets won't be permitted inside the venue. There will be a mandatory coat check on site.

We received over 4,000 responses, and your feedback assisted us to develop the University's first Sustainable Transportation Strategy in 2017. Now, we invite you to participate in a new survey.
