Hi to all,
The grad offices will be cleaned on Monday night. I don't know at this point if that is just vacuuming or vacuuming and carpets cleaned (which I requested).
Irregardless, please pick up as much off of the floor as you can tonight or over the weekend so that a good cleaning can be done.
I've asked a number of times that your offices be vacuumed on a weekly basis , please keep me informed when this isn't happening.
Thanks,
Bev

Hello Brian,
I hope you are having a great summer!
Seed of the Year will be once again be offering a $4000 scholarship. Attached is an updated application form for the 2014/2015 Seed of the Year. Please post at your earliest opportunity. The closing deadline for applications is October 10, 2014. If I could have the applications two weeks after the closing date it would be appreciated. Electronic submissions work great for us as they can be more easily circulated for review.
In the past the U of M pre-screened the applicants and submitted the two top candidates. It would be appreciated if this could be done again this season.
I look forward to seeing this year's candidates!
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or require additional information. You can also can visit www.seedoftheyear.ca<http://www.seedoftheyear.ca> for further information.
Sincerely,
Todd

The course will consider solutions by asking the following questions:
* How can communities and people become more food secure?

* If food is plentiful and cheap, why do people lack nourishing food?
* What are best practices in sustainable food production and processing?
* When can rural communities and agricultural land be preserved?

* Why is fat and sugar-laden readily available?
