Subject: SCAC 2023 - Graduate Student Research Video Competition - Registration Deadline is Extended to February 10th 2023
Hello Doug,
As you know, the Sustainability of Canadian Agriculture 2023 Virtual Conference is being held March 7-9. The Graduate Student Research Video Competition is an important component of the conference. The student video competition is an opportunity for students to share their research through 3-minute video’s on topics in sustainable agriculture. The students also have an opportunity to interact with the audience in a moderated question period after their videos are played.
We have extended the registration period for the competition to Friday February 10th, 2023 and we would like to encourage graduate students from your department to register and be a part of this fun competition. There are also cash prizes for the winners.
Further information is below and can be found on the conference website.

Caution: This message was sent from outside the University of Manitoba.
Dear Sean,
I wasn't sure who to get in contact with at the University of Manitoba, but I thought I would start with you.
Last year, our US parent company, Wilbur-Ellis, established an innovation award to get university students to think about new ways to help feed the world.
This award was only available to US students last year, however this year they have opened it up to Canadian students as well.
Can you have the attached poster put up at the UM campus, or can you steer me to the person that can do this for me?
Regards,
