Hello PS Grad Students,
We have an opening for a grad student to join the Department's Social Committee starting in September 2022.
The role of this committee is to organize social events in the Department of Plant Science. Its' specific commitments are to:
1. Encourage and engage academics, staff, and students to interact on an informal level 2. Organize a minimum of two social events per year
You will join other members including support staff, academic staff, and a Research Assistant/Post-doc to collaborate in this committee.
If you are looking to become more involved with the Department with a minimal time commitment, this is the perfect opportunity for you and to gain experiences and organizational skills that can be included on your resume.
