A knowledge of the issues around intellectual property and technology commercialization is becoming increasing important for graduate students. To address this need in the short term, Extended Education, The Faculty of Graduate Studies, and the Office of Research Services have coordinated a graduate course to be offered this fall. The course is entitled "Intellectual Property and Technology Commercialization" and is open to all graduate students (permission of your advisor/committee is, of course, required). Enrollmentis limited to 25 students and will be on first-come-first-served basis. -- this communication sent by: Gene Senior, Communications Director Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Manitoba http://umanitoba.ca/graduate_studies/ p (204) 474 6172 f (204) 474 7553
