Hi!
We are having our 1st meeting to organize the 28th Annual Plant Science Graduate Student Symposium TODAY, at 2PM, in room 218. We'll discuss about the dates for the symposium, the symposium schedule, and the tasks (what we have to do).
Any help from you would be appreciated. More specifically, we are looking for volunteers for these tasks: - Social events - Accommodations - Food - Symposium itself (abstracts, presentations and judges) - Bags for participants - Fundraising - Communications
