Hello Plant Science students,
A reminder to send in questions about the upcoming SAS workshop.
Even if you are not currently using SAS (there is a free version through U of M), this workshop will show you how to use it for organizing your data, different methods of visualizing your data, and shortcuts for statistical analysis.
Your questions can be anywhere from "how would I use SAS for my project?" to ones about specific stat features, etc. All questions are welcomed! Email litommua@myumanitoba.ca with your questions.
Also, *NEW* we are looking for a second social director to join PSGSA! The social director's job is to plan upcoming events, post on PSGSA's social media, and answer student questions.
Why you would want to join PSGSA as a social director:
1. You will get to know other grad students and faculty 2. You will work with the PSGSA team to better support grad students 3. You will develop skills in planning and organizing events/social media to add to your CV
