I am working as this year's TD friends of the Environment Go Green Challenge motivator and I am looking to spread the around the Faculty of Environment, Earth and Resources. It is a great opportunity for students to work with faculty members to submit their ideas and possibly win a rather large sum of money. Attached are the rules and regulations and the official website. Please email me if you have any questions or if you would like the faculty to get more involved or if you are interested in incorporating the challenge in your curriculum. *I am also looking to make a 5 minute presentation at the beginning of class so students are more aware of the challenge. * Thanks

Have a great, green idea on how to reduce Canada’s ecological footprint? Submit your team’s proposal online by *January 15, 2010*, for a chance to *win 1 of 4 prizes of $25,000*.
The TD Friends of the Environment Foundation (TD FEF) aims to make it easier to “Go Green” by encouraging the development of eco-friendly ideas and awareness through our annual $100,000 Go Green Challenge.
Teams of two or more Canadian university or college students, along with a faculty sponsor, are invited to submit an essay online (maximum 4,000 words and 20 pages) outlining a viable idea or proposal on the theme of “Reducing our ecological footprint” by *January 15, 2010*.
