The University has experienced a higher than normal incidence of mice entering buildings. Please do not tempt mice by keeping plant material, seeds, food etc. stored in your office area. If you have any of these items in your office, move them to your lab or alternate storage site where they must be stored in mouse proof containers. Food kept in your office space must be in mouse proof containers. Where there is one mouse, there is a hundred. It cost the department thousands of dollars a few years ago to get rid of a mouse problem and the mess they left. The department does not want to have to go through that exercise again.
Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter. Bev
