I hope everyone is doing well!
It is a new semester and I ancitipate some more students have received access to the main Plant Science/Agriculture building. With that, I am sending out another email regarding office space use. For those of you who have access and did not email me in August, this is your chance to be added to the office schedule. For those of you who have access, do not email me again I will keep your name on the schedule.
As per the Covid-19 guidelines there can only be 1-2 people in an office space at a given time, so in order to ensure fairness of time students will be assigned full days. I will try my best to accommodate days requested in the fairest way possible.
For those who would like to use their office email me with the days you are allowed to be in the building (assigned by the department/ your supervisor) and your specific office (Eg. 147A) no later than Thursday, October 1st. >From there, I (and new president of PSGSA, Sonia) will create a new schedule and have it sent out to you. Keep in mind, with more students being added your schedule may be slightly changed.
Things to note/Reminders: 1) You are only to be in your office on assigned day(s). 2) You must sanitize (handles, hands, etc.) upon entering and exiting. Wipes and sanitizer are in each office/corridor. If you run out, email me! 3) You must wear a mask at all times. This applies even when physical distancing is possible. 4) Grad Lounge will remain off limits.
